I had the pleasure of experiencing my first dentist appointment, since moving back to MA, at this location. This was hands down one of the BEST dental experiences I have had. I first met Gary at the front desk who was so kind and made the intake process incredibly seamless. I was sitting for less than 5 mins before Jen came to whisk me away to the office for my cleaning. We had a lovely chat in between my cleaning. Not only did she clean my teeth incredibly well, but I felt no discomfort during my appointment. She also answered all my dental questions with the confidence of a clinician who truly knows (and loves) her craft. Lastly, Dr. Lou came in to see me toward the end. She gently checked my teeth and assured me all was well. Between the chats, the compliments, and the positive energy in this office I felt at ease and was so happy with my decision to choose this office. I’ve scheduled my 6-month cleaning w/Jen in May and dare I say.. I can’t wait!

I had my initial cleaning 6 months ago and went in for a toothache, turns out my tooth was cracked and they did an emergency crown. Gary was great! He explained my coverage and the cost and Dr. Lou was awesome! She took care of it and explained everything to me and to my surprise it was in-network coverage and cost me half what I thought it was going to be! I highly recommend this practice!

On my visit to the dentist Jaimie always does a great job helping me feel less anxious, she is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!

I highly recommend this Excellent Dental Office! As a medical professional, I have known many dental clinics and professionals. My latest dentist retired, and I am happy to have found ILove Dental Care. Gary, the Office Manager, is so helpful. Dr. Cai is skilled, professional, and does an excellent job. Dental Assistant Jaimie is quite competent and helpful and took the extra step to teach me proper care of my partial. I highly recommend this office to all for their Dental Care!

My family has been going to iLove Dental for three years. Cannot speak highly enough about it! The staff is super friendly and helpful. They've been so great with our children, especially the younger two (6yrs and 3yrs), who have been pretty nervous about the dentist. About a year ago we needed to take our five year old daughter in for a small filling. She was extremely nervous and resistant and the staff, especially hygienist Jaimie were SO PATIENT!! (My daughter screamed through almost the entire procedure and both Jaime and Dr. Lou were patient and gracious the entire time, stopping to give her breaks, working for just a few seconds at a time, using many strategies to calm her and encourage her throughout.) Very thankful for these guys and this practice, highly recommend!

The staff there is very friendly and thorough. They spent more time with my son and me than other dentists I have had in the past, with more communication and advice. They are caring and diligent. Very much recommended!
